 Salary & Package:

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Basic Salary: £31,500
OTE: £35,000 - £37,000 with commission
Company car / car allowance (£400 per month)  

About the Role:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Deliver an excellent service to clients and candidates through proactive communication and aftercare
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Identify and win new business opportunities through sales calls, face-to-face meetings, and networking
Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and development opportunities  What’s on

 Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)

Office-Based Role

 For this role a full current driving licence is required.
