HR Advisor
to join their UK People Team based in
Bristol (BS1) on a full time, permanent
hybrid working
basis (2 WFH days / 3 Office days in Bristol).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor who has hands on experience across
Employee Relations, Recruitment & Payroll Coordination.

Youll be joining a small, high-performing HR team where youll play a key role as a generalist HR Advisor, supporting a broad range of people initiatives. Your focus will span Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Payroll Coordination, alongside maintaining a strong understanding of HRIS (Workday) and SOPs.
- Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Managing employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary actions
- Guiding and supporting managers to ensure all actions and documentation align with employment law and company policy
- Acting as the first point of contact for people-related queries, offering timely and practical HR advice
- Leading complex ER cases, chairing meetings, and ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinating the outsourced payroll process and ensuring accuracy (100 FTE)
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Contributing to the development and delivery of SOP's
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours
- You’ll be a highly analytical and solutions-focused HR professional, with proven experience supporting managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle.
- CIPD qualification (or working toward CIPD)
- With a minimum of 3 years HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
- Experience coordinating payroll and managing HR systems.
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
