Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Engineering)

Location:

Central Bristol (parking available)

Hours:

Monday – Thursday 08:00–17:00 | Friday 07:30–16:30

Salary: £27,000 + uncapped commission

• Learn how to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and place skilled engineering professionals into permanent and temporary roles.
• Support the recruitment process while providing excellent service and advice.
• Develop skills in negotiation, business development, and client management.
• Work towards meeting individual and team targets with guidance and support from your managers.

• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and target-driven, with a positive attitude.
• Able to manage relationships and work well in a team.
• Customer-focused; any background in sales, engineering, or service roles considered an advantage.
• Holder of a valid UK driving licence.
• Recruitment experience desirable.

• Competitive salary with uncapped commission.
