Recruitment Consultant

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Office. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an excellent salary, excellent benefits and genuine career progression opportunities.

Shifts

Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 5:00pm

Salary

£27,000 – £30,000 per annum + performance bonus and benefits

Day‑to‑day duties

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) :

  • Carrying out business development activity, including calling prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships to increase market share
  • Attending client meetings to discuss new and ongoing campaigns
  • Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies
  • Writing engaging job advertisements
  • Short‑listing and interviewing candidates
  • Ensuring compliance and completing administration tasks
  • Conducting client service reviews
  • Reporting figures and working towards exceeding targets and KPIs
Essential skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (for visiting client sites and offices)
  • Business development or client-facing experience (advantageous)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The right to work in the UK (with proof required)
Desirable experience
  • Previous experience working in recruitment is preferred but not essential
Training

A full paid induction will be provided, along with on‑the‑job training starting on day one and continuing throughout your career.
