Base Pay Range

You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment lifecycle
, including:

• Sourcing candidates using Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
• Writing job adverts and marketing live roles
• Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
• Working towards targets and being rewarded when you exceed them

• £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission
• £40k+ OTE in Year 1
