Based in the heart of Brighton, and with a Director with nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, they're a small team that has big plans to grow in 2026. They're on the lookout for experienced recruiters with professional services backgrounds to join them on their amazing journey. An Enthusiastic and passionate team would be complemented by a like‑minded individual who truly cares about the work they do, improving financial institutions across the UK one placement at a time!

It would be a bonus if you have a background in Accountancy and Finance Recruitment.

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in Accountancy and Finance
• A keen interest in Finance
• A decent billing history
• Strong business development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Problem‑solving abilities

• Basic computer literacy
• Live a commutable distance from central Brighton

• Basic salary up to £45k per year
