Team Lead, HR​/Recruitment

Due to the exceptional success from the Germany team this quarter, a Contract Team Lead for Berlin, covering the hottest markets in engineering and development, is currently sought at Consortia, the specialist tech recruitment business backed by Coyle Group.

The opportunity for the Head of Contract will be to join and lead our most successful division; across UX and Development.

The role:

The role will be a billing Team Lead role with a Fast Track trajectory to Associate Director and will appeal to a current Team Lead or Managing Consultant who is looking for the next step.

You will be leading from the front leveraging our successful permanent solutions to grow and develop the contract business unit.

Working as a 360 recruiter you will set the standard you expect your team to follow. Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director level.

We are looking to grow our Berlin operation aggressively over the coming months and this will offer an unrivalled opportunity for your role and seniority to grow rapidly.
