• Find and acquire new clients through business‑development calls, promoting and selling PRG’s brand to add value.
• Sourcing new candidates by posting adverts, head‑hunting on Linked In and building a personal brand to attract key audiences.
• Match candidates’ skillsets to clients’ needs, conduct phone interviews and organise meetings for all parties.
• Build rapport and develop relationships to secure repeat business.

• 6‑month structured induction programme led by PRG’s award‑winning Learning & Development team.
