Now part of The Loxley Collection, the hotel is undergoing a £10 million investment programme, introducing an exceptional new spa and vitality hydropool with a semi‑retractable roof, enhanced leisure facilities, a 120‑person function space, additional family suites, and an alfresco dining terrace.

A newly designed kitchen sits at the centre of our culinary experience, driving an exciting and elevated food offering. Polurrian offers a distinctive guest experience — from restorative spa escapes to memorable dining inspired by Mediterranean flavours and locally sourced ingredients. Whether guests visit for leisure, business, or family stays (four‑legged companions included), our team creates the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the hotel.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, terrace, and event spaces.

• Create a warm, personalised welcome for every guest
• Taking food and drink orders
• Serving meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Preparing and setting up restaurant and bar areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentational standards
• Handling payments and operating the till
• Supporting weddings, events, and private functions
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

• Confidence in communication
• Customer service skills
• A warm, caring, and professional manner
• Previous hospitality experience (not essential)
• A positive, can‑do attitude
• Teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for food, drink, and guest service
• Someone who enjoys learning and development
