Our client, an award-winning flexible working space, is looking for a Lead Host/Lead Receptionist to join their team. The role offers a competitive salary of £28k per annum plus benefits.
The Role- Deliver a consistently excellent front‑of‑house experience.
- Sign up new members, manage meeting rooms and stock levels.
- Perform daily checks to ensure the workspace is safe, functional and welcoming.
- Support workspace tours and viewings.
- Support events and socials that bring the community together.
- Train new employees.
- Support the manager with reporting and administration.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality or front‑of‑house.
- Previous team‑leader, supervisory experience.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- A proactive mindset.
Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail.
