• Be able to help manage the team on shift, role modelling our values and behaviours each and every day

• Managing shifts day to day to keep things running smoothly
• Managing team on shift to pre-empt guest patterns, and exceed guest expectations
• Encouraging team to give personal recommendations to guests, upselling and cross selling food and drink where possible
• Maintaining high standards across our jungle
