In this key leadership role, you’ll take full ownership of our meetings and events operation, ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard. You’ll play a vital part in driving commercial success by maximising revenue opportunities, implementing effective cost controls, and continuously enhancing our guest experience.

You’ll lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team, creating a positive and supportive working environment that reflects our values and vision. With a strong focus on service excellence, you’ll ensure consistency, attention to detail and outstanding guest satisfaction across all meetings and events.
