Duty Manager, Hotel du Vin

£14.80 per hour (including Tronc), 45 hours per week. Permanent, full‑time, based at Hotel du Vin Bristol, City Centre.

Set shifts; competitive salary and career development opportunities. Working across multiple departments, this role gives you the chance to work as part of the F & B and Front Office teams in our bustling hotel.

• Hands‑on management of a busy Food & Beverage Department, developing from Junior HoD to Senior HoD.
• Assist in the smooth running of all customer‑facing departments, coordinating with breakfast team, checkout period and housekeeping.
• Support Guest Relations and stay informed on local trends to enhance guest experience.
• Progression to Head of Department and eventually higher roles within Malmaison or Hotel Du Vin.

• Experience working within a busy Food & Beverage Department.
• Desire to develop from Junior HoD to Senior HoD.
• Guest Relations experience is advantageous.
• Interest in local hospitality trends.
