As an Assistant kitchen manager / Sous chef for Village Hotels we are looking for a hands on passionate individual to assist the Kitchen Manager in the day‑to‑day running of our busy kitchen operation. The candidate should have a proven track record in delivering a brand‑led menu, maintain high food standards, control food and payroll costs, and manage a friendly, positive team dynamic while staying calm under pressure.

Our P&G menus offer a wide range of our famous stacked burgers, sticky wings and health & wellness bowls. Menus are refreshed throughout the year to keep them fresh and exciting, and the fast‑paced hotel kitchen demands a high volume of prep, creating a true challenge for the successful candidate.
