Job Summary

As the practice-based Clinical Pharmacist, collaborate with our pharmacy technician to provide comprehensive support to GPs and patients in all aspects of prescribing.

Main Duties

Function as a prescribing clinical pharmacist, working Monday to Friday with no bank holidays.

Address all medication queries, reauthorizations, and conduct face-to-face medication reviews with patients.

The successful applicant should ideally have an interest in diabetes or other chronic diseases.
