Qualifications you will gain:
Healthcare Assistants Course (Level 2), Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA). Once you have achieved these qualifications you will have further opportunities to develop yourself and your skillset.
You will assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate, participate in all branch processes, and establish relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
You will be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, serving the community and interacting with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.

:
Self‑motivated, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, understand confidentiality, accurately handle medicines. Desirable skills: customer service training, experience in a customer‑focused environment.
