Radiographic Assistant

Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in patient care? Do you want to kick-start your career in Radiology?

• Assisting Radiologists, Radiographers and administrative staff to maintain a good level of service
• Support Radiologists, Radiographers and technicians by providing a high standard of patient care before, during and after examination
• Maintain effective communication with patients, relatives and UHBW colleagues
• Liaise with colleagues regarding transportation of patients to and from the x-ray dept
• To assist with moving equipment and help with transferring patients on and off examination couches, including young people and vulnerable adults
