Lead Night Nurse £43,0000 - £46,000 per annum 37.5 hourse per week, full-time, permanent Cardiff Neat Sourcing is looking for a Registered Mental Health or Learing Disabilities Nurse for a leading independent mental health provider is join their team. The role involves night shifts from 19:30 to 07:45, working 37.5 hours per week. This modern treatment facility offers a safe, therapeutic, and homely environment for individuals with complex mental health needs.

What you’ll be doing :
Working as part of a compassionate, patient-focused night team. Supporting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans. Carrying out routine tasks and activities to promote patient dignity, treatment, and wellbeing. Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the night nursing team. Acting as a positive role model by demonstrating the organisation’s core values at all times. Responding flexibly to the changing needs of the service.

Deputising for the Ward Manager when required, managing clinical and operational matters with confidence. Requirements:
Must hold a valid NMC PIN. Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar mental health or acute healthcare setting. Additional details can be provided upon request.
