What you will do
  • Carry out assessments of adults requiring social care support, ensuring that identified needs are met in alignment with statutory obligations and best practice.

  • Collaborate with a range of services and professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to meeting the needs of the community.
  • Monitor and review care packages regularly to ensure they continue to meet client needs and adapt as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.
Requirements for the Social Worker
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • Current and valid registration with Social Work England.
  • Extensive experience on the frontline of UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, enabling you to tackle challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
