Mental Health Support Worker Location:
Bristol
Hours: 37.5 and x1 sleep a week (sleep in optional)
Salary: £31,155.54 including 1 sleep-in per week

Embark on an exciting journey with a leading mental health charity as a Support Navigator! In this dynamic contract role, you'll be the guiding light for individuals navigating the complexities of community-based services. You will be working directly with complex mental health issues, with the opportunity to pick up a sleep in shift a week with a competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per sleep (across 12 hours - £146.52 per shift).Standout

Highlights:
  • Manage a caseload of service users with Learning disabilities, complex mental health needs, and neurodivergence.
  • Collaboratively create, update, and review risk assessments and support plans.
  • Support with crisis intervention & management.
  • Work in the community across x2 services and sometimes within people's homes.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex systems and find solutions.
  • Empathy and compassion to provide a caring and supportive experience.
  • Familiarity with community-based services and resources.
  • Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in a social service, healthcare, or community-based role
  • Demonstrated commitment to advocating for underserved populations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
