Job Title
Field Care Manager
Salary£28000 + bonus.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow the existing live‑in care portfolio.
- Participate in on‑call responsibilities and support the Field Care and scheduling teams.
- Provide internal training (train‑the‑trainer qualifications supplied).
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain high‑quality, person‑centred care provision.
- Report directly to the Registered Manager.
- Experience in care planning, managing client relationships and undertaking assessments within a domiciliary care environment.
- Knowledge of quality standards and a focus on delivering high‑quality care.
- Previous people‑management experience, including spot‑checks, appraisals and candidate interviewing.
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance requirements.
