Support Worker (No Sponsorship) – BOOI Innovations Oy

Location: Thornbury, Gloucestershire

Pay: £12.83 per hour

Hours: 37 or 38 hours per week, full-time & part‑time available

This Support Worker position offers the opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, build confidence, and achieve their goals while developing a meaningful career in care.

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal routines
• Delivering person‑centred support that reflects individual needs, choices, and aspirations
• Promoting health and wellbeing, including support with medical appointments
• Encouraging social inclusion, education, training, and employment opportunities
• Administering medication safely and following safeguarding procedures
• Championing equality, diversity, and human rights in everyday practice

• Two permanent roles available: 37 hours per week and 38 hours per week
• Two‑week rota provided
• A variety of day shifts, with start times from 7:30 am and finishes up to 10:00 pm
• Alternate weekends required
