This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader to join Libertatem Healthcare Group and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex care needs. As a Complex Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a dedicated care team to provide person‑centred support to a gentleman in his 50s with a brain injury, helping him maintain his independence and engage in his interests.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a team leader to work alongside our client with complex needs in Bristol.
Pay: £17.75 per hour weekdays, £18.63 weekends.
Hours:
19 per week over two days (09:00‑18:00 & 09:00‑19:00).
The Role
You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his 50s who has no clinical needs but due to a brain injury requires support with day‑to‑day tasks such as maintaining his environment, attending appointments, engaging with his interests and living independently. We’re looking for someone with experience in support work and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
Though he has no clinical needs there is an element of challenging behaviour. He lives in a bungalow and receives daytime support from his care team, enjoys ska music, going out to the cinema, meals, walks and bowling. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.

- Conduct spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments.
- Assist with rota management and ensure adequate staffing for each care package.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and professionals.
- Support with training and development of care staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations.
- Provide hands‑on care when required to maintain service continuity.
