Personal Assistant/Support Worker – Bristol (BS7)

Personal assistant/support worker required for our lovely 13‑year‑old boy with Profound Learning Disabilities in the Bishopston area to access the community, build relationships and offer new opportunities.

Up to 12 hours per week during term time and 16 hours during school holidays – average of 13 hours per week. Flexible days and times to be discussed.

Hourly rate up to £13 – £15 per hour depending on experience.

Will be lone working and providing companionship to access the community and encourage engagement in social activities such as play parks, swimming and the general outdoors. Some duties will be inside the home.

Carrying out personal care is required with the role and access to own car is essential.

Child‑centred approach essential as is a passion for disability rights and a good sense of humour.
