Care Assistant – Stoke Gifford Village

We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and personable Care Assistant to join the Stoke Gifford Village team, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team in a luxury retirement village, providing domiciliary care all under one roof with no travelling.

  Various contracts between 12 hrs per week to 16 hrs per week
• Shift: Fully flexible across a 7‑day rota system; AM shifts (starting 7 am) and PM shifts (ending 10 pm); includes alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Salary: £13.61 per hour

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical and personal care and support with social activities
• Promote and support the physical, emotional, and well‑being of residents
• Encourage independence and self‑belief
• Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy

• Hold a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
• Personable, an effective communicator, and a team player
• Passionate about delivering a quality care service
• Flexible with hours
