As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. You’ll work in diverse settings and build strong relationships with patients and their families.

• Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility using safe handling techniques and equipment
  
  Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Monitor and report changes in patient health
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
• Maintain accurate patient records

• Minimum 6 months UK-based Healthcare Assistant experience
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to quality care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
