Position OverviewAct as SO1 Army PBM to support the Army in completing the coordination & compilation of the annual 3
* Army Command Acquisition Support Plan.
- Lead development, coordination, milestone management and assurance of the annual 3
* Army CASP, covering the entire acquisition & support POW. - Relate Defence wider Strategies, Defence's priorities, the Command's Plans and their respective priorities to develop the Army CASP.
- Lead L4 within Performance Baseline Management (PBM), key stakeholder engagement with Mission Partner, to ensure timely delivery of CAS.
- Lead the NADG Standard Commissioning Team's Collective Deliverability Assessment (CDA), on behalf of Army Change Team.
- Manage the day to day upkeep of the Equipment Plans Backlog.
- Provision of general advice and staff support to Dep Dir Options Initiation and Dep Hd Options Dev LAND.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Directors (usually at 1*, 2
* and 3*). - Focal point for desk-level support and engagement with Army HQ.

Part of the NADG Standard Commissioning Dept (3*) working to Dir Options Development (2*). Upon direction from Dep Dir Standard Commissioning (OF6) or Army Portfolio lead (OF5) conduct sprints on the development of the Army CASP and areas of perceived stagnation; can be structural, technical or capability focused with the mission partner.
