• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and organised purchase ledger records.
• Assist with month‑end tasks, including ledger reconciliations.
• Respond to supplier queries and provide support to the finance team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance department.

• Experience working within an accounting and finance role, preferably in the property industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• A proactive approach to resolving queries and improving processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a temporary position and meet deadlines.

• Competitive hourly rate between £14.00 and £17.00 per hour.
