Financial Accountant | Bristol (Hybrid) | £50,000 - £60,000

Ideal for an ACA / ACCA from practice looking for a first move into industry or an ACCA with industry experience and a strong technical focus, the role offers clear progression opportunities, hybrid working, and a vibrant central Bristol location.

The Role:

• Produce IFRS consolidated results and annual statutory accounts (IFRS, UK GAAP – FRS 101 & 102).
• Prepare technical accounting memos, calculations, covenant reporting, and compliance submissions.
• Lead IFRS 16 lease accounting, maintaining schedules and ensuring accurate calculations.
• Manage intercompany month-end process, including eliminations and reconciliations.
• Coordinate and support external audits, preparing required work papers.
• Support process, control, and system improvements to enable business growth.
• Assist in delivering IFRS training to the finance team and provide wider financial control support as needed.

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS / UK GAAP
• Strong communication skills
