We're seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our Equity and Employment Tax team at a Big 4 firm. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile matters from day one-advising clients on equity-based compensation, global mobility, and employment tax challenges.

• Advise clients on intricate employment tax issues, including equity rewards and international mobility.
• Lead and deliver both advisory and compliance work with precision and clarity.
• Tackle complex technical problems, translating legislation into practical solutions.
• Maintain the highest quality and risk standards.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

You'll work with leading experts on market-shaping projects, gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and tax challenges. We offer a platform to build deep technical knowledge while making a real impact with clients.

• Experienced in Employment Tax, ideally with equity and/or global mobility exposure.
• Technically strong, analytically minded, and detail-focused.
• Professionally qualified (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, or CTA).
• A clear communicator who enjoys solving complex problems.
• Professional services experience is welcome, but not essential
