New Business Administrator – Financial Planning - Bristol

A well-established and growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced New Business Administrator to join its financial planning team.

This role focuses on new business processing, supporting advisers and paraplanners with the implementation of client recommendations and ensuring applications progress smoothly through to completion.

• Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
• Issuing simple suitability letters and client documentation
• Submitting, tracking and chasing applications with providers
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
• Liaising with advisers, paraplanners, clients and product providers

• Previous experience in financial planning or IFA administration
• Strong understanding of new business processes
• Good product knowledge across pensions and investments (protection desirable)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Studying towards, or open to studying towards, professional exams

Competitive up to 32k, dependent on experience
