Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
- 8+ years of experience within retail banking environment with strong understanding of credit risk strategies and decisioning logic
- Solid understanding of risk decisioning frameworks (application, behavioural, collections strategies).
- Proficiency in SAS for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
