Management Accountant

Robert Half are currently seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join a private equity-backed organisation based in North Bristol. This is an initial 2-3 month assignment (Inside IR35), offering a hybrid working model with 2-3 days per week on site. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-scaling business where finance plays a central role in supporting continued growth and operational expansion.

The team requires a hands-on professional who can quickly integrate and provide strong month-end and BAU support in a dynamic environment. Role:
Interim Management Accountant

Location:

North Bristol (2-3 days per week on site) Duration: 2-3 Month Contract (Inside IR35) Rate: £300pd - £320pd (Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

Production of monthly management accounts Posting journals, managing accruals, and completing balance sheet reconciliations Delivering variance analysis with clear commentary for senior stakeholders Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Assisting with process improvements within a scaling finance function Supporting statutory reporting requirements Managing and responding to audit queries Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts
