About your team

UK AML/FCH falls under the Financial Crime Hub and are responsible for the Standard and enhanced due diligence of new and existing UK clients for Financial Crime prevention purposes, in addition to the performance of periodic reviews and investigation of PEP, Sanction and Adverse Media screening alerts. We service a range of clients and product types e.g. Corporate, Trusts, SIPP, Bond, Premier Cash, ISA, OEIC/UT and cash manager via a combination of manual and automated processes.

About your role

To be responsible for specific functions performed within the Financial Crime Hub and to be a lead SME representing Retail Operations for all products in relation to due diligence. The role covers a wide range of responsibilities including exposure to project representation, product oversight, change management, regulatory change and oversight, process improvement and implementation. In addition, be the first point of escalation for technical queries arising and be responsibility for oversight and control of activities completed in other offshore locations.

Where appropriate, this will include responsibility for the training, quality and oversight of the individuals performing the related processes.

About you

The successful candidate has to possess strong experience of Investigative activities within Financial Services industry in some form of capacity, together with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to fast pace changing environment.
