Core3 are delighted to partner with a well established education organisation in the Bristol area to recruit a Finance Officer, Accounts Income opportunity. Up to £28,050 and a fixed term contract until February 2027.

How you'll make an impact

You will provide a comprehensive income and bank transactions management service, ensuring an efficient and professional income service to internal stakeholders.

Key tasks will include:

  • Manage income processing and bank transactions activity
  • Maintain a log of contracted income and work with departments to ensure sales invoices are raised on a timely basis
  • Liaise with finance support services, digital services and operational teams to ensure invoices are correctly raised on the internal system
  • Keep debt under regular review and promptly escalation concerns to the Income Team Leader
  • Support accurate, timely billing and help keep income processes running smoothly during peak periods

  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
  • At least 1 years' experience in Accounts Income systems and procedures within a similar volume environment
  • Understanding of financial procedures
  • Confident working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • IT literate, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
