Recently, we launched the UK’s first private equity fundsupermarketandwewill launchour own SIPP and ISA for investing in private markets in 2026.
The RoleWe are looking for a hard-working,diligent and ambitious individual to join our Operations team as we continue to grow and prepare for the next phase of the business. The successful candidate will support day-to-day administration while helping us improve, streamline and automate how we work.
This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, has excellent attention to detail and is confident working with data,system sand processes. We are also looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, use new tools andtechnologiesand explore how AI can help us work smarter,fasterand more accurately.
For the right person, thisrole offers strong long-term prospects, whether you choose to develop your career within Operations or progress into areas such as investment research,complianceor technology.
Responsibilities- Handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Use multiple internal and external systems to process client transactions andmaintainclient records
- Help create and improve operational processes, including procedures for our new in-house SIPP and ISA
- Support work to automate tasks and simplify workflows
- Identify opportunities to use new tools,software and AI to improve processes and reduce manual work
- Maintainaccuratedata and documentation toa very high standard
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to resolve issues and improve client outcomes
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, and where required, with clients and external partners
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong mathematical and literacy skills
- Confident using technology and able to learn new systems quickly
- Comfortable working with data,spreadsheets and process driven tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive,self-starting attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Willing to question existing practices and suggest improvements
- Interested innew technologies and open to experimenting with tools, including AI
- No background in financial services is required, although an interest in investments or operations is useful
- Able to handle sensitive information andmaintainstrict confidentiality at all times
This is a full-time,permanent role based in our Bristol office (Clifton),with athree-month probationary period. All work is done in person. We find that being together supports better collaboration, faster training and more effective problem solving than remote tools.
