This is a key administrative support role within the investment management team. The successful candidate will work closely with a group of highly successful Investment Managers, becoming a vital point of contact for clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of service. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Investment Managers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a consistent point of contact
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
• Prepare client meeting packs, valuations, and documentation
• Assist with the preparation of new business pitches and presentations
• Support transactions such as cash transfers, FX trades, and balance monitoring
• Proactively manage pipelines, new account setup, and AML documentation
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure operational support (e.g., transfers, corporate actions, static data changes)
• Promote the use of digital tools and portals among clients
• Identify and report risks, breaches, or operational issues

• Previous experience in financial services, ideally in an investment or wealth management setting
• Strong client service ethos with a proactive and detail‑oriented approach
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Confidence using judgment and initiative in a professional setting
• Candidates with previous experience in investment administration
• Individuals from wider financial services looking to transition into investment management
