Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a leading property consultancy to recruit an Associate or Partner-level RICS Registered Valuer for their expanding valuation team in Bristol.

• Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, financial reporting, and internal decision-making.
• Conduct inspections, research, and prepare detailed valuation reports using RICS Profit and DCF methods.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the alternative valuation sector.
• Collaborate with colleagues to grow the valuation offering in the region.

• MRICS-qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Strong technical knowledge of DCF / Profit valuations and RICS standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ARGUS software.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
