Banking & Finance Solicitor/Associate/Senior Solicitor – 4+ PQE

TSR Legal are currently representing a leading top-tier Banking team that is recognised for its high‑calibre work and exceptional client base, which includes UK and international financial institutions, private equity firms, investment funds, and corporates. Our client regularly advises on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions.

The breadth and quality of the work sets the firm apart, advising across a comprehensive range of banking disciplines, including Corporate and Leverage Finance, Real Estate Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance, spanning the entire project lifecycle, from bid to repowering.

Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join the Bristol team within the National Banking Practice Group. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of transactions, including corporate/leverage finance and real estate finance, engaging with a client base of private equity firms, banks, funds, and corporates.

• Supporting complex finance transactions across multiple sectors and geographies
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across a range of departments
• Contributing to business development initiatives and marketing efforts
• Engaging in knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring within the team
