A well-regarded UK law firm with a strong banking & finance practice is seeking a talented Banking & Finance Lawyer to join a specialist team advising lenders, sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers on a range of sophisticated financing transactions.

You will work alongside an experienced partnership team led by a Band 1 ranked banking & finance specialist
, gaining exposure to leveraged finance, corporate finance and asset-backed lending across domestic and cross-border matters.

• Advise on corporate lending, leveraged finance, asset-backed facilities and related financing structures.
• Work on financings ranging from mid-market to larger transactions across sectors including infrastructure, transport and energy.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on facility documentation, security packages and intercreditor arrangements.
• Collaborate with other practice areas and international counsel to deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice.
• Engage directly with high-profile clients, including banks, debt funds and private equity sponsors.

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland) with 2+ years’ PQE in banking & finance or structured finance-related practice.
• Solid experience across corporate and leveraged finance matters, with exposure to asset-backed lending a plus.
• Strong technical drafting skills underpinned by commercial judgment and project management capability.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and deliver pragmatic solutions.
