An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a high‑performing estate agency operation in Bristol. This role offers strong lead flow, an established client base, and genuine high earnings potential.

The Bristol office operates within a busy property market, with property values up to £1.3m, average loan sizes of £350,000, and over 200 property sales per month. This provides consistent appointments and income opportunities for a driven Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing 8–10 new mortgage appointments per week
• Providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
• Working the existing client database for remortgage and repeat business
• Liaising closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise referrals
• Ensuring full compliance and excellent client outcomes

Salary & Benefits :

• Basic salary £27,000 – £29,000 (including car allowance)
• OTE £55,000 year one, rising to £75,000+
• Commission up to 25% of banked income
• Financial guarantees for the first 6 months
• Bonuses and ongoing incentives

Requirements :

• Fully CeMAP qualified
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Strong sales and relationship‑building skills
