Pricing Analyst | Salary: c. £35,000 – c. £45,000

A bit about the job:As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping our pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness, fairness and profitability. You’ll work within our dynamic Pricing team, collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver accurate, data-driven pricing models. Your work will directly impact business performance and customer outcomes, making this a highly visible and rewarding role.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in data analysis and modelling
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python for data manipulation and reporting
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Knowledge of pricing principles and techniques within insurance or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

- Starting salary between Circa £35,000 and £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
