As an apprentice you will undertake a four‑year training contract that follows the Full Audit Cycle, with a focus on practice, professional development and a clear career pathway.
Years 1 and 2- Master the art of auditing:
Prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies. - Financial statements:
Develop a deep understanding of balance sheets, income statements and cash flows. - Work side‑by‑side with clients:
Gain experience working directly with diverse companies and understand their operations and challenges. - Build relationships:
Build professional relationships with clients, internal teammates and across service lines.
- Take on increasingly complex audit work such as revenue recognition, valuation and risk assessments.
- Own audit engagements by leading their delivery.
- Mentor new and junior colleagues and help them settle in.
- Transition into a permanent employee; the apprenticeship is the beginning of a long career at Forvis Mazars.
- On track to or have obtained A‑level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications; strong academic performance but a holistic assessment of experience is also considered.

Fully funded professional qualification – ACA. Coaching, mentorship and one‑on‑one guidance to help you grow, belong and make an impact. Time off is provided for study and the training is blended in‑person and virtual. A buddy will support you through your first year.
