Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre is looking for a Financial Controller to manage the hotel’s day‑to‑day accounting function and provide financial leadership. Located in the heart of Bristol, our newly renovated hotel offers a dynamic hospitality experience.

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller.

• Managing the hotel’s day‑to‑day accounting function
• Providing financial leadership to the hotel
• Providing clear structure and direction to the Finance team
• Preparing and analysing financial reports and reconciliations, internal and external reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control
• Following Brand Standards in all aspects of the role

• Full/part-qualified accounting qualification or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university; OR three years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hotel accounting experience is essential; operational experience is also preferred but not essential
