We're partnered with a national IFA business looking for a Trainee Financial Advisor to join their thriving Bristol office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a aspiring advisor to join a solid desk‑based team, and gain valuable exposure to highly affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.

• Salary & Progression: Starting at £30,000 with a generous bonus structure
• Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days per week in the Bristol office
• Benefits:
  • Clear structured training with funded exams
  • 5% pension contribution
  • Death‑in‑service benefit (4x salary)
  • BUPA Healthshield plan
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years)

• Those that are nearly Level 4 qualified (desired)
• Ambitious with a desire to progress
• Ideally, some experience in financial advising
