VAT Senior Manager

A well-established, independent professional services firm is seeking an experienced VAT specialist to join its growing tax advisory team. This role would suit someone who enjoys VAT work with a technical focus, close client interaction, and a varied advisory workload across the mid-market.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality VAT advice to a portfolio of corporate clients, working on a broad range of advisory and due diligence engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted VAT adviser to corporate clients
• Providing clear, practical VAT advice tailored to client needs
• Managing the delivery of VAT advisory projects from start to finish
• Communicating complex VAT matters in a clear, accessible way
• Working on a variety of VAT advisory and due diligence assignments
• Managing client relationships and contributing to the development of the VAT service line

• CTA qualified, or technically strong through experience
• Broad VAT advisory experience across multiple sectors
• Experience undertaking VAT due diligence and risk-focused reviews
• Strong communication skills and a client-facing mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, advisory-led environment
