SENIOR SIPP PENSIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Competitive (subject to experience & interview competencies)

Hours:

35 hours a week (full-time), Monday to Friday

Hartley Pensions are looking for experienced pension administrators to support us in an important transitional phase for the business.

We are offering a highly unique and rewarding opportunity for you to provide a leading role in the reconciliation of our client's SIPP portfolios before manually transferring them to new operators.

Role
  • To administer a set case load of client SIPPs based on the relevant book of business.
  • Provide an exceptional service by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of administrative requests across the life cycle of a SIPP.
  • Processing benefit calculations, drawdown requests, disinvestments, crystallisation splits, death benefits, valuation reports and all aspects relating to SIPP administration.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, IFAs and relevant parties.

Your main duties as a Senior SIPP Pension Administrator will not only involve the standard BAU of pension administration (outlined above) but crucially the reconciliation of our client's SIPPs and to assist with transferring them over to new operators via manual transfers.

About You

It is therefore essential that you are someone who can handle complex and varied workloads. You are also someone who is willing to learn and develop.

We welcome candidates from a DB/DC background who are willing to learn and develop in SIPP administration.

Training and development are provided although this is not an entry level role and we fully expect successful applicants to essentially hit the ground running.
