This Private Tax team advises a diverse range of entrepreneurial businesses – from owner‑managed and family‑run companies to PE‑backed and AIM‑listed groups. They go beyond compliance to act as strategic partners, helping clients navigate growth, change, and complex tax issues.

We’re looking for an ambitious Tax Manager to join this expanding Private Tax team in Bristol. This is a standout opportunity to work directly with clients – including founders, CFOs and boards – on transactions, reorganisations, operational tax strategy, and bespoke planning. You’ll play a hands‑on advisory role, helping clients make informed decisions while building lasting relationships. With significant investment in the team, you’ll be part of a growing and high‑profile practice with real momentum.

• Act as a day‑to‑day tax adviser, delivering strategic solutions
• Lead conversations on restructurings, transactions and tax planning
• Build trusted relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Supervise and develop junior team members
• Drive high‑quality project delivery with a commercial mindset

• Strong corporate tax experience with a client‑facing background
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
• ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification
• Commercially aware, proactive and collaborative
