Our national Capital Allowances team supports a wide range of businesses, from stand‑alone CAPEX projects to nationally significant projects that span multiple years and billions of investments. Joining RSM as a Capital Allowances Manager in our wider Innovation and Capital Tax Reliefs team, you will be an integral part of a high‑performing tax compliance and advisory team, in one of our South region offices (Bristol, Gatwick, Guildford, Reading or Southampton). You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your knowledge, skills and development in a creative, entrepreneurial and supportive team while working with fantastic clients.

• Acting as an expert advisor, guiding clients with their tax affairs on the compliance side and supporting when planning matters arise
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ranging from owner‑managed businesses and middle‑market organisations to large multinational groups
• Playing an active role in business development, proposals and networking events, and contributing to the overall future development and success of your specialist area, the regional office and the wider firm
• Developing and supporting a growing team, being a mentor and sharing your skillset and knowledge

• RICS/ATT/ACA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent
• Specialist in Capital Allowances with a mixture of compliance and advisory experience
• Ability to people‑manage, focusing on building and developing individuals and being able to identify existing talent within the team
