- Diploma qualified in financial planning (ideally chartered, or working towards chartered status).
- Committed to continuous professional development, keeping CPD logs and training up to date.
- Proven experience in financial planning—independent, restricted, or corporate—delivering outstanding advice.
- Capacity for new client development and willingness to self‑develop to support Accolade’s growth.
- Flexibility and growth mindset to support the firm during high growth nationwide.
- Exceptional integrity and interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Track record of achieving challenging new client development goals in a regulated environment, with the drive to win recurring revenue.
- Confidence with back‑office systems and meticulous attention to detail.
- Satisfactory Fit & Proper status, confirmed through annual assessment—integrity at the core of all work.
Three‑stage interviews: vales & competency interview, technical interview/case study, and final interview. Expect a straightforward process with opportunities to ask questions of Regional Leads and HR.
